What's the difference between TheColonyTV and a Charter seat?

TheColonyTV is a monthly subscription. A Charter seat is a one-time founding purchase — capped at 1,000 ever — with founding-tier access for the tier's term (2 years for Colonist, 5 for Freeman, lifetime for Proprietor) and permanent recognition on the Wall of Honor. They stack: many Charter holders also subscribe.

How do I switch plans?

Start checkout for the plan you want while signed in — active members are routed to the secure Stripe billing portal to confirm the switch. One subscription, no double billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Sign into your account and open the billing portal to cancel. No contracts, no penalties. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?
