What's the difference between Elite and a Charter seat?
Elite is a monthly subscription. A Charter seat is a one-time founding purchase — capped at 1,000 ever — with lifetime founding-tier access and permanent recognition. They stack: many Charter holders also subscribe.
How do I switch plans?
Start checkout for the plan you want while signed in — active members are routed to the secure Stripe billing portal to confirm the switch. One subscription, no double billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sign into your account and open the billing portal to cancel. No contracts, no penalties. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and avoid future billing.
